NMA Remote Services

The past few years have seen big changes in affordable housing, including HOTMA, NSPIRE, and a new administration. Historically, we’ve seen that times of change often lead to high staff turnover at public housing agencies.

When your PHA is short on staff, NMA’s Remote Services department fills the gaps in your case management capabilities, while reducing your hiring and training costs.
