HUD Announces $9 Million Loan Guarantee to Cleveland for Development with Nearly 200 Housing Units, Grocery Store
The City of Cleveland, OH is developing a mixed-use site that includes nearly 200 housing units and a 40,000 square foot grocery store. The $9 million loan guarantee assistance was awarded through the Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program, which lets CDBG recipients access flexible financing for economic development, housing, public facility, and infrastructure projects.
