HUD Issues Notice on Cyber Incident Reporting Requirements
Notice PIH 2025-17 instructs PHAs to report cyber incidents by emailing HUD’s Cyber Incident Response Team and local field office no later than 36 hours after becoming aware of the event. Such incidents may include data spillage, unauthorized access, exploited vulnerabilities, or other attacks. Read more
