A new paper published in the Journal of Public Health Management and Practice, “Tenant-Based Housing Voucher Programs: A Community Guide Systematic Review,” assesses the impact of HCV programs on housing stability, neighborhood opportunity, and health. The paper uses seven separate studies that compared outcomes for HCV households and households not receiving vouchers. NLIHC reports on the findings. Read article
The RAD transaction will preserve 113 affordable rental homes for low-income seniors, allowing them to remain permanently affordable Units will be converted under PBRA. New construction and renovations will make units more accessible for people with mobility or sensory impairments. Read article
