On January 19, 2021, 58 public housing agencies were awarded the funds under the Capital Fund Emergency Safety and Security Program to purchase and install carbon monoxide detectors in public housing units where they are necessary. Read more

Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners extends eviction window to 30 days for month-to-month renters
The previous window of notification for evictions of month-to-month tenants was 15 days. The new legislation provides additional time for renters to relocate in case of an eviction. Read more
