#### HUD Updates CY 2024 Operating Fund Processing Notice

Notice PIH 2023-25, published in September, has been updated with a change to Section 17, Appeals. The number of days to submit an appeal within a PHA’s initial submission of CY 2024 forms HUD-52722 and HUD-52723 has increased from 30 days to 120 days.
