#### HUD Updates FSS Final Rule Implementation FAQs

#### Tucson, Arizona Passes New Source-of-Income Ordinance

 Tucson City Council recently passed an ordinance making it unlawful for property managers to reject a rental application based on the applicant’s source of income, including housing assistance such as the HCV program. The ordinance is part of a broader plan in the city to reduce the barriers encountered by housing choice voucher users seeking homes to rent. NLIHC reports on the policy.
