#### HUD released FY21 Income Limits

#### HUD’s RAD office issued brief Section 3 guidance for PHAs converting Public Housing under RAD

The two-page document provides guidance on how the new Section 3 regulations apply to RAD conversions of public housing to Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs) or Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA). #### HUD allocated nearly $700 million through Housing Trust Fund for affordable housing

The funds will produce more affordable housing for extremely low- and very low-income households, including families experiencing homelessness. #### HUD awarded more than $36 million to support public housing and Native American residents
