On February 22, The Treasury posted a revised version of its Emergency Rental Assistance FAQ. The eight-page document provides guidance on the requirements of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Read more
This webinar series introduces resources for implementing Moving On strategies and programs to help permanent supportive housing (PSH) tenants who wish to move on but still require rental assistance to maintain their housing. Read more
The grants are provided through HUD's Capital Fund Program. Housing authorities can use the funds to complete large-scale improvements to build, renovate, and/or modernize the public housing in their area. Read more
The funds will go toward rehabilitation projects to preserve and increase the number of affordable units in the area. The $38.8 million is guaranteed through HUD's Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program (Section 108). Read more
