This free webinar is designed to support our LIHTC course by answering common questions about tax credit compliance and giving you insight into the topic before you take our online class.
The full online course is designed to provide an overview of the fundamentals of the LIHTC program, including compliance time periods, the basics of applying for tax credits, how credits are calculated, recapture, tenant income calculation and eligibility, rent setting, ongoing eligibility requirements, and property inspection protocol.
