HUD has published a notice in the Federal Register seeking public comments on the activities included in its FY 2026 Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Continuum of Care program. The notice identifies transitional housing, supportive services, treatment and recovery housing, individualized services, and coordination with law enforcement and first responders as being effective in reducing homelessness.
