#### HUD Updates Guidance on Asset Repositioning Fee Eligibility

Notice PIH 2026-16 describes which public housing units are eligible for the Asset Repositioning Fee (ARF), an add-on Operating Subsidy available when public housing projects or buildings are removed from inventory through eligible demolition or disposition. #### OMB Proposes Changes to Federal Grant Rules

A proposed rule published in the Federal Register would revise portions of 2 CFR Part 200 and related HUD regulations with significant changes related to federal award administration, suspension and debarment requirements, and drug-free workplaces, with the stated intention of preventing fraud, waste, and abuse in federally funded programs. #### HUD Releases 2025 Homelessness Assessment Report
