HUD seeks public comment on information collection and updates PD&R’s online magazine, The Edge.
A notice in the Federal Register announced a 60-day public comment period on a budget form that requires PHAs to agree to certifications including prohibition on use of funds to promote certain ideas; required use of immigration verification systems like SAVE; waste, fraud, abuse, and whistleblower protections; and compliance with federal anti-discrimination laws.
