HUD Revises Demolition and Disposition Notice

Notice PIH 2026-23 updates and clarifies guidance on the demolition or disposition of public housing property and eligibility for tenant protection vouchers. Changes include adjustments to the definition of “very small PHA,” an increase in the number of units allowed to qualify as a scattered-site project, and clarification on applying the guidance to mixed-finance developments.
