Families participating in the housing choice voucher (HCV) program of Miami-Dade County's Public Housing and Community Development department have a new program administrator. On Monday, June 30, Nan McKay and Associates (NMA) opened the doors and began administration of PHCD's HCV program, it was announced today by John McKay, CEO of Nan McKay and Associates.
NMA, long known as the gold standard for performance excellence in the public housing and affordable housing industry, brings to Miami more than 30 years of experience providing professional services to housing authorities across the nation.
