2014 revision for NMA's FSS Action Plan now available!

For 2014, the NMA Model Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Action Plan has been updated to reflect changes to funding streams as a result of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014.

In the past, administrative fees and costs were funded differently for public housing and housing choice voucher FSS programs, and the use of such funding was restricted to the applicable program. All FSS funding is now awarded through one NOFA.

Because this was a minor revision, we are providing it to our customers at no additional cost. If you own a copy of the NMA Model FSS Action Plan and would like the latest version, email Kaitlin Gligo for your updated copy.
