The 2014 revision for NMA's PBA Master Book has shipped!

The 2014 revision of the NMA Project-Based Accounting for PHAs Master Book has shipped, and subscribers to our annual revision service can expect to receive the updated version this week or next. The new revision has been brought current with all recent regulatory requirements and guidance, including:

  • Updates on year-end reporting to the REAC
  • Additional clarification regarding project budgets
  • Other additions and modifications regarding topics including fee-for service, COCC accounting activity, and capital fund program (CFP) financial reporting
  • Updates and corrections to important HUD references
