Today is, technically, Wednesday — but let's consider it an honorary Friday!

NMA offices will be closed tomorrow for the Independence Day holiday, and HUD offices nationwide will be closed this Friday, July 5.

HUD will resume normal office operations on Monday, July 8. The next scheduled furlough day will be Monday, July 22.

Google Reader has finally closed its doors. Here at the NMA blog, we've transitioned to using Feedly to manage our online reading. If you'd like to add us, our blog feed is located here: http://blog.nanmckay.com/feed/.

Enjoy the holiday, and have a wonderful Fourth of July weekend!
